Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards, clearance items, or products marked as non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it, subject to product availability. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. We may request photographs to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the product, subject to this policy.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
